I suspect you’re pretty much like me–no one has to tell you the importance of eating healthy. I’m pretty grateful. Eating healthy pretty much saved my life. But still there are days when I’m just sick of it. Especially veggies.
I don’t despise spinach or kale or broccoli, but there are days where I just can’t stand to look at them. It’s kinda funny, it’s like my taste buds are saying: “Don’t you DARE put that in here!” I know I should ‘man up’ and push myself through these feelings, but some days? I just need a break.
